OG Phyto Color Blend
OG Phyto Color Blend is a concentration of high energy phytoplankton and zooxanthellae that help bring out and boost your corals colors. OG Phyto Color Blend is perfect for bleached corals and healthy corals that need a little extra boost.
It's normal for this blend to flake and loose color over time. It is still safe to dose as long as it doesn't smell like sulfur (rotten eggs). The flakes are red phyto cells sticking together and they still hold a nutritional value.

Turn off UV sterilizer and protein skimmer for at least an hour when dosing.
​Add 1ml of OG Phyto daily per 10 gallons of total water volume for the first week in order to acustom your tank to live phytoplankton.
On week 2, double the daily dose to 2ml per 10 gallons of total water volume.
​After week 2 you can slowly raise the dosage to meet your tanks demand. Keep an eye on phosphate and nitrate levels because they can bottom out when you dose live phytoplankton.
